It’s easy to make a simple body wrap recipe. It’s usually a mixture of a clay and natural sea salt. To this simple wrap you can give more ingredients like herbs and essential oil (up to 2 tbsp).The following essential oils can also used in a body wrap recipe: Lavender lemon sage sandalwood lemongrass rosemary olive oil and grapefruit. Boil water and dissolve sea salt in it. Add the remaining and stir. If necessary add water to form a wet paste. Rub the mixture over all your body and cover the are tightly with a clean white sheet or thin towels. The compaction helps to squeeze the tissues together for better results. Relax in the tub for a min. of 45 min. up to one hour. Caution: Caution should be exercised as clays may stain fabric. For External Use only.
